I like the idea of multiple honeymoons. Wish I would have thought of that when I got married.1 -

Hi I got married in 2013, 8 years ago at age 51. It cost about £450 including ring, dress which was a beautiful vintage short 50s style which cost £50 and a small family gathering at home after. It was a lovely day and didn't cost the earth. I am in UK.0

The theory, actually a hypothesis, may be the younger you are the more (maybe less) you spend on weddings?

100% would be able to spend more if my husband and I would have waited to get married, but 100% would have done a super small destination wedding and spent less if we were to redo it. I hated people looking at me and was really overwhelmed by the event.
Was 25 when married in 2011. Not including rings, wedding and honeymoon was about $10k US.1 -
40 years old
Got married in 2009

How old are you, when did you get married and how much did your wedding cost (please provide the country so I can convert to a standard currency). I have a theory which I want to prove or disprove, I'll post my theory and whether it has been proven or disproved when replies stop. Thanks!
I'm 30. Got married in 2020. It cost $50 in the US.1 -
