Mar 15: 204.2 - I had pad thai and wine yesterday, so hoping this is just from that, I was 201.8 on Friday. I did also take a break from tracking this week, but I think I did mostly well until the weekend. I'm going back to tracking today.
Mar 22: 201.6 - Didn't track 100% but tried to be good about portions this week and meal prepped some healthy options for the week.
Mar 29: 200.8 - It's my first time actually losing weight during TOM in a long time, so I will take that loss, even though I had been hoping for under 199 by now. Didn't track 100% but I did a 20-30 minute workout 5 x this week and a bunch of spring cleaning the other two days.

Another small loss,but my Dr. thinks my BP has been improved enough to forestall meds for now. She was impressed with my 13 lb loss since last Dec.! Next goal is a 10% loss at 148.8 -
I was almost to 240 yesterday, but somehow weighed more this morning. Guess it's just the ups and downs of weight loss as I got lots of exercise and ate well. Two more days and, no matter what, it's been a great month.

Real name Mike, I am 61. Lost a lot of weight on MFP at one time, and spent the last two years practicing a discipline known as "intuitive eating." Which is another way of saying I gained all the weight back.
Personals: married to my best friend for 39 years this month, reside in Virginia, T-2 diabetic which both makes weight control harder and more critically necessary. Have been seeking a low key challenge here, and this looks to be the ticket.

Mar 22: …207.4 Well, that is disappointing. High sodium St. Patty’s Day Dinner and some travel and restaurant days didn’t help. I’ll have to tighten the belt. 4.3 lbs lost for the month. Not as much as I had wanted to lose, but it's progress. I started working out more days of the week and have been making healthier choices with food, so overall I'm happy with March!
