I will be getting married in May 2021 my goal is 140lbs. I was 171lbs last year. Ramadan is approaching so it will be hard to get to my goal.

I did reach my previous UGW of 110 lbs in August 2020 but gained weight every month since and I felt 110 lbs was too low.
I've found my new UGW (maintenance) aim of 115 to 120 lbs. I'm using Fitbod app in hopes of slowly gaining muscle as I reach for my new maintenance goal.

I have been pretty flat this year with the weight loss and its hard to believe we are already starting month #4. My goal is for April to be the kick off to losing some pounds. Summer will soon be upon us and its time to make some progress. Have a great month everyone.

I had a good month in March despite veering off course for a few days while stress eating. My parents and I are fully vaccinated, so the kids and I are going to spend two days at their house. I forgot my scale, so I will still check in daily to keep myself in check, but I am allowing some indulgences for my mom's desserts that I haven't been able to enjoy for a year and a half!

- plan meals ahead
4/1 - 190.8 Going to try a run today after some yoga stretches; haven't ran for a week so fingers crossed my calf muscles have improved. Dinner: beef roast and veg

I'm with you @dlhollin1 I haven't accomplished anything at all regarding the scale this entire year. I need to be more intentional about movement during the day and getting away from my computer. As the weather improves I'll get the dogs out for walks daily.

@rachjolly I've had a little bit of chocolate yesterday but logged it, then I ate the rest in the evening oops. But I don't weigh myself till Thursday again so I have time to put it right π I've had my chocolate fix now haha. Wishing you all the best!3
