Starting late as will but hopping right in on this. I really need the support and to be held accountable. I gained some weight over the winter months - and Iβm having a bear of a time shedding it (at least, it was just a handful of pounds - not everything I lost last year). I keep bouncing up and down...

I restarted my journey at the start of the year really strong, however I kind of fell off the wagon and stalled during February and March, but at least I did not lose all my progress. I love these challenges, when I was losing a few years ago, they kept me accountable and gave me something to work towards.

Total loss for April: Going the wrong way from a week ago, but my ten day average actually has been the exact same number for April 1, 2, and 3. I find that really weird.

I've been loosing about .8 pounds per week. I'm good with this and it feels sustainable. However, when my husband tells me he's loosing a pound a DAY, I want to scream.8 -
