I’m attempting a vegan keto diet. It has been a time intensive challenge to work out compatible menus.0

I changed the macro settings to match my fat/protein/carb intake. It works

I am a keto'er... I have set my macros to 5% carbs...20% Protein and 75% fat... I have lost 44 lbs so far .... I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2019 I am happy to report that I am off all meds and I am now considered pre-diabetic4
