I've done DDP Yoga on and off for a long time, was doing it pretty seriously for a while back in 2012. Good program. The results look insanely ridiculous but are for real.1

I've been regular going to Yoga studios since 2015, DDPY is my fave coz of the muscle flexing/tensing.
