Need new friends to keep me motivated!

My account keeps getting hacked and after a review of the folks on my "friends" list it looks as if one of them may be the perpetrator. I removed quite a few since they had not logged on or commented in quite some time, which makes me sad!
WANTED: Awesome people with like-minded goals to help support each other in our journeys.
Please submit a friend request. 😀
Thanks!

This wasn't them hacking *your* account. It was someone who's been robo-compromising old accounts that didn't change their passwords when requested by MFP after a long ago system compromise that exposed passwords. (A few have been newer accounts that presumably re-used the same password on multiple sites, and got compromised that way.)
If you see these, report them at the link below, then delete them as friends:

No need to delete your own account and start over (not saying you did, but some people have) unless you want to for other reasons. Never hurts to change your password (to a really good one, unique for this site) if you're worried.4 -
Hey! I’m right there with you. Need some quality over quantity motivated people about fitness and health. Pretty sure there are other sites for those other interests. Lol2

I changed my password and somehow they were able to get back in, change my password and delete my profile picture (passive aggressive much, hacker?). I think the hack may be larger than just my account. I updated my email password and added a numerical passcode to MFP that I will have to plug in every time I want to access my account. I swear if they put in this much effort into positive things the world would be a much better place! Thanks for the additional info. I'll definitely be more vigilant and report when necessary.1 -

Hi! MFP Staff here. I am sorry to hear you are one of the users having this experience on their account. We sent a couple of emails to your account on Friday as part of a larger clean up we are doing on this issue. Part of the steps we took yesterday were ending sessions on any accounts that have been impacted which without this step may have been why even after changing your password, it was still being accessed.
If you have seen anything fishy on your account, other than new friends being added, since Friday please let us know. You can post here or send an email to support@myfitnesspal.com attn: Alex or send me a private message.3 -

Hi Alex,
I didn't receive any emails or messages from MFP staff. Can you tell me where you sent those messages to via private message?0 -
Hi folks! Looking for accountability buddies and I am on the same boat as yous.
I lack motivation so I need someone to support and motivate me. I found my extrinsic motivation to be very effective if appropriate.
Feel free to add me to your friends of MFP if you like.
I am willing to support and motivate back 🙂💪🏻
