A neutral week so feeling deflated but determined! It was work and course intensive along with family life full on so managed to keep the walks but did not have the control over meal options needed for success. Making time today and tomorrow to plan my meals and keep my exercise up (fitness is a goal along with weight loss).
Wishing all a great week of success ahead:)8 -

April 1st: 202.2 (it was 200.7 yesterday)
April 2nd: 200.8 (changing my weigh in days to Fridays)
April 9th: 200.4 (not quite as low as I'd hoped. I was 199.8 on Saturday so was hoping for 199 by today. Unfortunately, got off track with Easter and sweets this past week. I have been working out almost every day though, which is still fairly new for me)
April 16th: 200.4 (I'm a bit discouraged by this. On Sunday, I had a good talk with myself as my birthday is coming up in a few weeks and I decided if I got serious, I could lose at least 5-10lbs before then. I currently have MFP set to lose 1.5lbs a week and this week, I ate under my calories every day and worked out all but one day. I was hoping I would at least be out of the 200s! Next week!!)

Everyone have a great weekend, make good choices, and above all, thanks for being here!10 -

Headed back in the right direction. Recently bought a fitbit and Tuesday I reached 10,000 steps for the first time. I was so excited! Now I have to try to reach it again. Lol. Still going with my monthly squat challenge. Iโm only doing half the amount but itโs a lot for me. Yay!!11
