07: 193.2 -yesterday was a cravings day. I hesitate to call them cheat days because, for me, that puts a negative spin on it. When I get a craving, I write it down and wait a few days. I look over whatever foods I wrote down and i pick the one that jumps out the most.

04 Apr: 154.8 lb.... whoops. I gotta get a grip. Evenings are the WORST. I just want to snack constantly and the kids snacks are always around.... but no more excuses. I NEED to get back on track. I'm slowly gaining back and it has to stop!
05 Apr: 154.8 lb. Well, it's not up. Have my meals + snacks planned out today. Just need to stick to it!

Hello everyone! Hope you don’t mind if I join. I lost 77 pounds a couple years ago, had a baby 8 months ago and I’ve gained a bit and want to get back down to 168. I just got serious this month so I expect to see a bigger initial loss. Looking forward to getting to know you all
