I am new to the program and looking forward to making some changes in my life. I always thought I ate pretty well, but when I broke it down, I was really surprised at what I discovered! I think this is a great way to track what you eat and I love that it allows you to see the benefits of daily exercise. Good luck everyone!

    Hi! I absolutely agree... I thought I ate heathily too until I kept the food diary! A lot of little snacking goes by in the day without me consciously knowing! :) Hope you find the site as useful as I have!
