Please join us in May for an accountability month! Most people utilize the thread for weigh-ins, you may weigh in daily or weekly; do what works for you. If your goals are to drink more water, gain muscle, reduce fat, increase strength or cardio, etc, feel free to join us and track those items.

May goal: end the month lighter than I started
Lessons learned in April:
- processed carbs (including rice and oats, not just gluten items) don't work for me
- need to consistently drink more water
- need to find ways to be more active throughout the day
- be mindful during the weekend!
- daily weigh-ins and the accountability of this group definitely help me stay on track!

2. 10k steps/day

I did reach my previous UGW of 110 lbs in August 2020 but gained weight every month since and I felt 110 lbs was too low.
I've found my new UGW (maintenance) aim of 115 to 122 lbs. I'm using Fitbod app in hopes of slowly gaining muscle as I reach for my new maintenance goal.
Original starting weight - 147.4 lbs - Nov 2017
January 2021 starting weight: 123.6
February starting weight: 124.4
March starting weight: 128.8 lbs

Hi all. I wasn't too active with the last thread. Had a great start to April then went downhill, kept losing and gaining the same 2-3lbs but going into May I have dropped them now. Good luck to all!
