    Oh, now you did it!! I've got to do this!

    How much weight is everyone using?

    I typically use 35lbs for squats (17.5 lbs each side of my barbell)

    I might have to do them tonight!

    Fuuuuuuun! I was just wondering what I could do tonight without leaving the house. I was just settling on crunches and burpees (I HATE BURPEES) and I am up for a challenge!!

    EDIT: Well, did mine all at once, still in my scrubs from work. Split my pants, too. I figure that's a sign that I'll soon be in a smaller pant size ;)

    Just saw this thread. Been doing over 250 on M/W/F with 85kg hanging off me. Can't do it daily, legs/*kitten* need rest!

    I have to say, my legs are still complaining but I'm so hardheaded!!

    Also - I started a Facebook thread about doing this challenge and it already has 21 attendees - it's contagious!

    I'm on day 9. I was only doing a 10 day challenge...one of my friends got me hooked - but I love the idea of doing it until Christmas. I can't believe I've done 800 squats. I'm going to keep it up. And thanks for the link to a proper squat. I think my form was off a bit.

    I like to break mine up throughout the day. I do 10-20 at a time. I can't see any difference in my upper legs yet, but they need a lot of work. My calves are more defined though. Maybe by Christmas my butt will be a little tighter. One can hope!

    Got mine in! I've been breaking mine up into sets of 25-30 just because I'm recovering from being sick and I have been doing one set a day with 5 pound weights and doing some curls. Makes it so much harder!

    haha, it's only because I'm injured. Was doing 30x3 at 50kg (on shoulders) before shoulder injury. (I do prefer lower reps though but still coming back from hip injury)

    totally came up with a way to get them in. Every time I use the ladies room I do 20 squats while I wash my hands!

    maybe TMI but I'm up to 60 since midnight. ( i work 11pm-7am)
