Try free FitOn app. They have a pro version for a fee. If you decide to upgrade to pro wait until they give you 70% off.
They have a variety of search options based on focus area, type of exercise, equipment. You complete a few profile questions and then they give you daily suggested workouts.

I also use beachbodyondemand. It is CAD120/ year. They have a variety of workout programs for different fitness levels and different kinds of equipment. The only thing I don’t like about BeachBody is they are constantly trying to sell you more stuff. I don’t buy any of it. What I really like about BeachBody is each program has a calendar to follow. This creates a personal commitment.

    Take care

Pahla B has workouts designed for 50+ https://youtube.com/c/PahlaBowers
    Hasfit has beginner workouts:

I'm a big fan of Sydney. Her workouts are not always for beginners, but she does show modifications.

I agree with @DancingMoosie, Hasfit is great for beginners, it is what I used when I first started in my 50’s.
The beginners bodyweight one is good for starting as it is less stress on the body, heck when I started I could only do 1set. I worked up to the 3 then found more challenging workouts. (I still use that basic when travelling and short on time and equipment never mind focus)

Fabulous fifties on you tube are good too. Short routines but once you have built a bit of endurance you can link a couple together.

I like Sidney Cummings but, as a 67yo myself, I would say work your way up to her. There was no way I could have done her workouts without a good base to begin with.

The thread link below has a number of good dumbbell/beginner routines too.
Just remember to take it slow and it’s fine not to complete the work out. Sometimes that can be your future goal (it often is for me).

Dancingmoosie, have to thank you for your contributions to the YouTube workout thread. You have kept me moving over the lockdown and inspired me to try so many YouTube routines I would have never have looked at. Off to explore Pahla Bowers now.

    Cheers, h.
