05/12 - 65.1 kgr 143.5 lbs - It was what I expected after taking a break from Keto... I overindulged in carbs (kryptonite!!!) Tonight is night out with friends so I expect the scale to go up a bit!!
05/13 - 65.6 kgr 144.6 lbs - Even though I was within my calories and ate mostly proteins, the food intake was pretty late at night! The extra alcohol didn't help either! But it was so much fun!! I hope tomorrow the scale will drop!

Hi I weigh in kg and also record my happy scale trend. My maintenance goal weight is 52kg although I am happy to be a bit below to allow for indulgences!
Goal for this round is stay below 52kg EW for round 149 = 51.4. Happy scale trend 51.4. It’s my birthday on the 12th and I will indulge but I’ve got the rest of the round to get back on track!

I was part of this challenge in the past but stopped pretty much everything - eating healthy, exercise, getting enough water, - you name it! I'm to get my butt in gear. I came back to this group because everyone here is so supportive of each other!
Goal: 64oz water each day; row 30 mins 5 of 7 days each week; eat vegetables/fruit; 1200 to 1500 calories
Two days ago I finally got thru the day without sabotaging and bingeing - and no sugar for 2 days, which is my downfall because it keeps my cravings going.
5/10 - 183.1 (first day no sugar, started back rowing, drank 64oz water, ate lots of vegetables)
5/11 - 182.9 (kept all the good things going from yesterday)

5/12 - 182.1 (still going strong - feeling more confident that I won't go on a binge - yay!).
5/13 - 182.1 (my confidence is building and no sugar is helping tremendously!)
One thing I struggle with, like a lot of people, is getting enough water. I finally found a way that works for me that takes little effort and no tracking. My last attempt was to fill up a 1/2 gallon canning jar and pour my water out of it but at the end of the day it was still half full. So, I saw this iron flask on Amazon and started using it 3 days ago. Okay, 3 days isn't a habit yet, but for me it is success! The reason it works is I fill it up only once and every time I pass it during the day I drink, and when I say pass it, I literally don't even pick it up (64oz is heavy so won't knock over), I just lean over and take a drink - I told you, it has to be easy or maybe I'm lazy as sh** but who cares, it's working for me. They come in all sizes and you wouldn't want to lug the 64 oz one around with you, but I got my husband the 40oz one so he could take it outside when working in the garden, etc., and after he drinks cups of water in the morning, he fills the flask up, and he too finishes it by the end of the day. The other thing is the mouth piece/straw works great. One main reason people buy it (and the price is higher) is it keeps drinks cold even outside on a hot day as in even the ice doesn't melt all the way. Okay, I know I sound like I'm a spokesperson for this thing but it's a big deal to me that I'm finally drinking water - I guess it took simple, with little effort, to get me to drink LOL. Anyway, here's a link if anyone is interested - it's a little pricey. If anyone wants to share how you get your water in each day, I would love to hear.

No surprise. Yesterday was a crazy day food wise — got together with 3 writer friends and the hostess had candy, nuts, pastries... I had some but counted as lunch. Then pizza leftovers for dinner. But I’m back on track with a good breakfast this morning, salad fixin’s for lunch, and baked chicken & broccoli for dinner. I’m off in a few for a walk and a nursery run, then planting. Yay! A garden day! I hope you get to do what you love today, even if only for a little while.
