    5/13 - 131.6 lbs, 13K steps, ate close to cal limits, still snacked unplanned, 9 c of water. Planning helped but changing plans caused issues

    JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~ Round 150 (round 82 for me ) I continue to prove time after time that I need this to help me keep on track! Thank you @QuiltingJaine for setting up the new challenge.

    Female age 63 5' 4” - Challenge again for this round; need to continue to head back to maintenance weight– get back to and stay at or >130. A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

    Keep calm – we're all in this together! Wash hands, be kind, continue to follow all latest Government guidelines in roadmap to normality for C-19 virus. Be positive for the vaccine – I've had my first, second is due this round.
    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

    5/11 132.4 – wow! Didn't expect to get back to round start weight – 3 days to put on 4 pounds due to feeding frenzy & binging, 6 days to get it off! Will I ever learn my lesson?! 10.81 miles walked yesterday, calories well under. DGS moved into ICU yesterday after partial collapsed lung due to build up of so much fluid – he's having a very difficult time :(.

    5/12 132.4 – 11.33 miles walked yesterday,calories well in credit. Little DGS more stable; started to reduce fast flow oxygen to see how he reacts, started milk feeds again & talk of moving him out of IC to HDU, fingers crossed he continues to improve.
    5/13 132.4 – 13.83 miles walked yesterday, mostly to and from my vaccination volunteering session. Calories well in credit. DGS back on HDU, fetched him off diuretics after he passed a litre of urine as they don't want him to lose too much fluid too quickly, but now he has started to swell up again, so restarted lower dose & started him on a little solid food too which bowels seem to be tolerating, all positive, but still a long way to go!

    5/12 116.8 Had a nice whoosh of water weight leave me over night. Now I’m back in a happier place for myself. I even feel less swollen, the past couple days I had been waking up and my finger joints almost hurt from the excess water retention. Today I used the spin bike and I was able to get a walk around the block in as well.
    5/13 116.6 Didn’t get a chance to post yesterday but started my blurb, so I included it above. I had an exercise win today of running 4 miles this morning before work. Then, I went for a 20 minute walk during my lunch. Food has been good the past two days. Dinner tonight will be a left over pork chop and butternut squash. I’ll also have a salad with it. Breakfast was my typical two eggs with high fiber toast and cream cheese but the past couple days I’ve also included some raw Macomber turnip slices too. The extra veg has been a nice filling veggie based addition to my breakfast. The raw turnip is pretty mild tasting so I sprinkle on some chili lime seasoning and it’s delicious! Tomorrow is CSA pick up day and we might be getting fresh tomatoes or cucumbers from their greenhouses…I’m so excited! 😊
