Sorry tuna, you aren't looking as hot as usual.
My new squeeze is a pack of sardines--specifically, Brunswick Sardines in Spring Water with No Salt Added.
Our passionate love story:

I'm weird. Here's how I've eaten them:
- On a salad
- On a piece of toast
- In a sandwich
- With cheese and crackers (microwaved!)
- In pasta
- In a wrap or burrito
- On pizza
- On top of sliced jalapenos
- In tacos
- With some low-fat cream cheese on a bagel/English muffin as a lox substitute
- Tossed into a soup for instant gumbo0 -
I'm barfing....and thinking you rock...
I've just brought green tea and flax seed into my diet....not there yet!!!

I started eating sardines because I already have too much mercury in my system and I love fish I still dont eat much fish at all anymore ( I used to have it almost everyday)
I eat them on crackers and toast with dijon mustard or cream cheese and somtimes I just smush them and spread them on crackers plain. I just had my last can for a while
The bones are a good source of calcium.0
