I won't guess, but the answer is also the name of a Woody Allen movie. Likewise, Gerry Rafferty has a song with the same title.

    Chicago the band.

Looking for the song and there are probably two that would work.

Don’t know the name of the song. But some of the words= does anyone really know what time it is.? Does anyone ever really care?

Chicago - Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?

That is correct. I thought 26 or 6 to 4 would also work.

For the band my first thought was Question Mark and the Mysterians. With the song clue I knew who it was.

I've read they played for President Nixon at the inauguration or Christmas or something and Mrs. Nixon didn't allow them to play this song.
