    Me: I work really hard to not save random stuff. I’m not all that sentimental.
    Also Me: Here’s a *kitten* brick from my old high school that’s currently being torn down.
    My Kids Someday: Mom was crazy. And what’s with this brick?

    I noticed. :) Spelling was my strong suit in school.

    Mine too, I am a little OCD about misspelled words.
    Especially when they’re easy.

    Today's the day all the pain in the *kitten* come out at once and my boss had called his ex gf/gf/whatever in to go to the bank for him (sending thoughts about that to the irk thread). I was in his office and we were talking about the latest pain in the *kitten* when she walked in as I was walking out of his office going, "OMG, OMG, etc." She had this dumbfounded look on her face and I wonder if she thought he just fired me. (A constant worry I have these days.)

    When I lived in Brazil, we’d visit Rio often over a weekend.
    More than once when walking on the beach at night I saw holes dug in the sand with a candle in it, a dead chicken next to it with different religious looking items.
    This was the practice of Santoria.
    We were warned by hotel management the first time we visited about it and that we should stay away and never disturb a site.
    Didn’t need to tell me twice! 😳
