Almost blew it tonight. We had dinner with friends. First time since Covid. I had to bring my dessert for tomorrow. I was honestly too full to enjoy anything tonight anyway. I even stayed within calories. It’s a miracle! ( I thought I might go over indulging)1 -

I had my best friend/boss in town this last weekend while we coached a girls/women's hockey clinic Saturday afternoon/evening. But of course we also went camping Friday night so we could go mountain biking *a lot* and we had s'mores around the campfire - as you do, right?! Went over my calories AND broke my LNS rules. No regrets though as I don't get to see her nearly as much as I'd like and we had a super fun weekend!1 -

Had women's hockey last night after hiking 15.5 miles with a friend. We were way short on players so I ended up playing the whole game - exhausting for sure Made sure to eat enough before hockey and allowed myself a small snack of cheese and "keto" crackers when I got home but didn't have ice cream like I wanted so that's a win! Even stayed within my calories. Trying to reel my carbs back in and it's a slow process but worth it when it helps so much with my snacking and cravings throughout the day.
We're almost done with another month in the LNS challenge, let's finish strong!0 -
