New and never had to diet til now

Hi, so I'm in my 40s and never had to diet in my life so needing some help.
I used to be 7-7and a half stone, lost weight went down to less than 6st.
I started to gains dn thought great I'll get back to my normal. Maybe try and gain some weight which I've never been able to do over 7 and a half st.
Well ERM I thinks it's either lockdown or my age. But I'm now just over 10st.
I need help I have always just wanted to be 9st and I don't know where to start.
Help and support needed.
