Hello everyone. I had a very stressful year bec of the Pandemic. Like many of us who were affected my health suffered. Everyday I’m working on getting back to my groove and healthy habits. Admission and identifying the problem is my first step. Now putting the motion with deliberate intention one action at a time.

    Random thought, since my watch talked to me just as I was reading this, have you thought about a fitness tracker? Some will remind you to work out, or stand up every hour, etc.

    Sometimes a little poke brings on an “oh yeah I need to…” moment.
