Honestly, how often do you look at yourself in the mirror?

Once Daily, as part of my SS and S routine and weigh in routine, whenever that is.
Outside of that never unless I’ve got an event to get ready for later in the day.3 -
Only if I've eaten something with broccoli or chicken.
Really, I hate the mirror so only use it out of necessity. All I ever focus on is my fine thin hair and my wrinkles now so bleh.5 -
tbh, I try to avoid it too often. As a young person (before the smartphone era), I found it odd that people would walk on the street and look/glance/stare at their reflections...in every reflective surface.
A store window, a car's window, then the next store's window 😕 Are they expecting to change within the 6-sevond intervals from surface to surface?
Anyway I figured back then that I didn't want to be like that so I look at myself maybe a couple of times a day and hope there's nothing stuck between my teeth or one of my nostrils...again 👃🏿

Whenever I need a good laugh, which is often.5

Damn, bringing up reflective surfaces, I do more now when I'm out walking to spot check my posture which sucks out loud.
I never look in the mirror to scrutinize myself or anything but do to put my contacts in or comb my hair after washing to make sure the part's straight or something. So, basically, only to focus on what I'm working on. So, yeah, a couple times a day as well.1 -
I'd say twice a day-- fully dressed in a full length mirror before I leave the house, and then headshot only while brushing my teeth before bed0
-
only when brushing my teeth.0

Not much. When I swing by the loo though it has to happen, as it's right in front of the sink.
The mirror thing can be an issue. A worse one though is constantly being in videocalls, which for me was the whole of last year, for both job as well as uni classes. Staring at yourself on a screen, it can drive a person right into a condition which is now apparently called „Zoom dysmorphia”.5 -
depends on how many times in a day I need to use the restroom.0

There is a big mirror on the wall at Tae Kwon Do, so I am watching myself 45 minutes a day , 3-4 days a week. I do not seek myself out, but I am not afraid of a mirror either.2

For vanity reasons probably a few times a day. For non-vanity reasons more than that as I have a mirror in front of my sink in the bathroom. Then I have a full length mirror in my hallway that I pass a million times a day so it's hard to avoid my own reflection. From someone who absolutely avoided buying a length mirror up until about 5 years ago because I absolutely hated how I looked...I have earned my confidence and if I wanna look at myself, I will. That changes daily though as confident days are hard to come by now-a-days.6

Am I the only person who checks her teeth in the bathroom mirror for food stuffs every time I use the bathroom? Also, I use a mirror when I put makeup on in the am and when I moisturize my face at night.
Don't even get me started on the gym mirrors...every rep possible.0 -
Brushing teeth or trimming beard otherwise I rather spend my time doing anything else.0
-
Any time I walk past one, so whenever I use the downstairs bathroom or when I go into my bedroom. I am also one of those who checks themselves out in shop mirrors but only because I am still shocked that I'm not fat anymore.4

Two and a half times... Twice in a full length mirror and one in a mirror that is from the waist up1
-
About 1000 times a day (give or take)
You would do the same, if you were as pretty as me.
Thing is, I'm a cartoon... so the image never changes.10 -
I "see" myself in a mirror often.....but i rarely "look" at myself.5

You definitely have earned it.😍Good for you.
I’ve never counted. But all day long? I have people around me who would let me walk around with makeup or food smudged on my face (and they have). I’ve gotta lookout for myself and check throughout the day.😂3 -
Also….my gym has no mirrors. And I kinda love it.2
-
12 times a day1

Those little jerks 🤣1 -
This is me pretty much7 -
All of me? Very rarely. Little bits of me? As needed. I look at my eyes in the morning to put on eye makeup, look at my hair when I style it, check out the latest blackfly bite or whatever. I can be really focused on the details and ignore the whole.
At the beginning of the year I was very ill and got extremely dehydrated. I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and was pretty horrified, I looked like a corpse. I avoided mirrors for several days after that.4 -
I’ve never counted how many times but usually to get ready in the mornings, brush my teeth 3X/day and during bathroom breaks from all the water, coffee and herbal teas I’m drinking. Also, if I need to go out to run errands.1
-
Almost every morning and if I have to leave the house or answer the door and if I have a professional video call .. friends and family I don’t care what I look like 😂0
-
Once a day when i say you have s great day2
-
Lol nah a few times a day dont believe that fool above you .3

Head shots, as little as possible. I tend to avert my gaze when encountering a mirror. Exceptions are when I need to check if my outfit looks okay (about once a week for church, twice if I am going out anywhere for the evening). Then at karate the front of the dojo is a mirror, so I will check out my techniques and cringe at my belly wobbling during jumping jacks1
-
Ok. After reading everybody's replies I guess I do catch snippets of myself more often but there's no gawking involved. I look, cringe, then run away screaming.3
