Haven't posted on the forums before, but did some lurking for motivation and found the Challenges board. So decided to hop on one. Hoping this goes well! Long way to go, but this might give extra motivation for the path ahead.
Original starting weight - 353 lbs / 160 kg (336 lbs when I started logging on MFP)

1st - 331lbs. Doing daily walks and intensive 30 minutes on exercise bike each day.

Hi y’all, Monday are my weigh in days. I reached my goal of walking 5000 steps per day. This week’s goal is 8000 steps per day and include simple exercises. Second goal is to limit sodas to once a day.6 -
