My name is Donna and I am 61 years old. I am from the Midwest USA. 5’ 5
I will be keeping the Thursday weigh-in (in addition to the 1st and last day of the month for the full tally)

Hope everyone had a good week. I have been able to keep on track with my workouts this week, feeling great about that!5 -
I need extra motivation. I usually lose during the week, but I gain back on the weekends. So, I'm going with the following format.

This could have been less but for a retirement party at work... 🙃

Umm hmm. I got down to 157.5 on Monday a.m., but then I just kept eating at night. Sunday & Monday are my weekend.

A few thoughts...
In May we moved so sadly the whole month my only focus was on maintaining what I'd already lost, which I did so that's awesome! Now that we've settled in, I'm going to a new gym and focusing more on my personal health than ever 😊 (it's a long journey and I'm in it for the long haul!)
I don't really have a goal weight tbh. I'm obviously overweight so my mindset had been more "see how far this journey takes you" instead of "you HAVE to make it to xxlbs by xx time" for me this is a lifestyle change and I want to make it last. 😊
Plus it's gonna take me a while to lose the weight anyways, so I figure that's plenty of time to discover for myself where I want to be 😊
