    I need extra motivation. I usually lose during the week, but I gain back on the weekends. So, I'm going with the following format.
    End of June goal - 152 adjusted to today to 154...

    6/1 - 159
    6/5 - 158.5
    This could have been less but for a retirement party at work... 🙃
    6/8 - 159
    Umm hmm. I got down to 157.5 on Monday a.m., but then I just kept eating at night. Sunday & Monday are my weekend.
    6/12 -157.5:)

    Let me try that again!

    I need extra motivation. I usually lose during the week, but I gain back on the weekends. So, I'm going with the following format.

    Headed in the wrong direction. My family was here this weekend though, so had some extra calories in wine and ice cream. I will get the scale to start going back down.
