    Trending back down. I find myself very hungry while breastfeeding, so I am going to have to meal plan better. And hopefully I can try to curb the sweet cravings a bit more next month too.

    15th -158 reached walking goal of 8,000 steps per day and average 1 diet soda per day.
    22nd -157.5 keeping carbs below 115 and 10,000 steps per day goal was 3/7 for carbs and steps 5/7.
