Trending back down. I find myself very hungry while breastfeeding, so I am going to have to meal plan better. And hopefully I can try to curb the sweet cravings a bit more next month too.2 -

Jun 01 : 205.6 Good luck everyone!
Jun 03 : 203.2 getting ready for a “diet” rest day so I will likely see an uptick in the coming days.
Jun 10 : 203.8 Sure enough…a bit of a gain after the “diet” rest day but it’s working it’s way back down now so I am happy with this.
Jun 17 : 202.8 After a complicated week of travel, miscalculated planning and struggle with food choices, I am happy to be down another pound, even if it could have been more. It is still possible to make goal if I watch my p’s and q’s.
Jun 24 : 197.8 I am really putting a lot of effort in my diet as well as my movement. It’s paying off. I have crushed my June goal and I haven’t done that in a very VERY long time.
Jun 30 : 196.4 An up and down week of social engagements (up in weight a bit) to a 24 hour illness (a one pound loss due to no appetite during sickness). Wow! What a roller-coaster. However, I am glad to report that I maintained a continued loss through it all. Happy Dancing and looking forward to more progress in July. Congrats to you all. So many achievements!

Final Challenge Thoughts: Wow! I haven’t made this much progress since before Covid. I find that I eat at home 90% of the time, so if I keep that eating clean and stick to plan on those days then success creeps up on me.
