    Not headed in a good direction. I am back at work now and tracking what I eat better. Not sure if I can get back to where I started this month by the end of it, but I will try.

    Trending back down. I find myself very hungry while breastfeeding, so I am going to have to meal plan better. And hopefully I can try to curb the sweet cravings a bit more next month too.
