Jun 01 : 205.6 Good luck everyone!
Jun 03 : 203.2 getting ready for a “diet” rest day so I will likely see an uptick in the coming days.
Jun 10 : 203.8 Sure enough…a bit of a gain after the “diet” rest day but it’s working it’s way back down now so I am happy with this.
Jun 17 : 202.8 After a complicated week of travel, miscalculated planning and struggle with food choices, I am happy to be down another pound, even if it could have been more. It is still possible to make goal if I watch my p’s and q’s.

NSV is my clothes are fitting a little looser! I lost an inch around my waistline! Goals for this week 10, 000 steps per day and carbs below 115.
