Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    ▪1 cucumber sliced
    ▪2 lemons, sliced or juiced added to water
    ▪10 sprigs of parsley

    ●This is my breakfast oatmeal replacement on Keto.

    **Keto Seed Porridge ~ 1 serving
    5.2 net carbs ~ 333 calories

    ~1/4 tsp madagascar bourbon vanilla bean paste
    ~1 TB hemp seeds
    ~1 TB flax seed meal
    ~1 TB flax seeds
    ~1 TB chia seeds
    ~cinnamon ~ to taste

    Round 154 - Goals: 80oz water; row 30 mins, most days; free-weights; eat vegetables/fruit; 1200 to 1500 calories; IF most days; no sugar; temporary elimination of wheat
    Use the knowledge I've gained over the last rounds (and years). I know my triggers and I know what works!!

    Hello I'm new to the challenges. I'm getting married in a few months and I want to fit into my wedding clothes which showcase my stomach and is form fitting. I'm currently unhappy with my my body. I gained about 20 lbs per Covid knockdowns and also lost a lot of my muscle mass. Basically I'm just fat and flab, with little to no muscle definition. I have a belly that I have been concealing with large, oversized clothing. However, my legs are too thin as I've lost muscle (I used to run regularly and had great legs).

    Height = 5'6
    Highest Weight = 140 lbs.
    Current Weight = 133 lbs.
    Goal Weight = 110 lbs.
    Total Pounds Lost = 7 lbs.
    Pounds To Goal Weight = 20 lbs.

    Round 154 Goals:
    Diet- Limit alcohol, lower sugars and carbs, drink more water. Supplement hunger or cravings with nuts and dried fruits. Follow overeaten meals with fasting. Intermittent fasting with small portions.

    Exercise- Lift more especially ab, arm, and leg workouts to gain muscle definition.

    Current : 133 lbs.

    Hi - I am also new to these challenges & am ready to go (Round 1 for me!)

    SW:243
    Round goal is to lose 2 pounds towards my total goal of losing 100lbs. Diet- log food regularly and significantly lower added sugar intake to 1 packet in my cup of tea. Exercise - walk daily & strength 3x per/week. Meditate at least 1x per day.
