    My dd face-timed us this afternoon. What I wouldn't give to twitch my nose and transport across the states into her living room right now. Even if she says it's supposed to be 110 there tomorrow.

    So many but today was an imbedded trifecta.

    1- this mornings post.

    2- Dr visit.
    a- strip down and weigh in and find out my home scale is .5 pounds over.
    b- ol girl checking me in calls me honey in that sweet southern accent every other sentence.
    c- ol’ girl Dr. tells me I have a nice abdomen and waistline.

    3- Mornings turning into evening.
