So I think I've figured it out. Click on a name, click on the name again, then it's the tab with little two little people and the its call 'Invite Friends'. Or something like that. I typed that out from memory. I 'invited' you as a friend so we'll see if it works.
You got it. Keep in mind though, it does vary from IOS as well as web based and mobile app.
