Big whoosh this week! I hit a milestone I've wanted to for quite a while now: I now weigh less than my husband. I have never weighed less than him during the entire time we've known each other. When we met, we were both teenagers and I was normal weight and he was under (he's very tall). He filled out over our 20s and is still thin but in the normal weight range now for his height. And I finally passed him!11 -

Hi, I am in for another cycle. I didn't do very well last cycle, I gained .27#, which isn't bad, but really want to be going the other way.
STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.

Last Friday marked 52 weeks since last July 10th, which is when I started my weight loss effort. My goal was to lose 100 pounds in one year (starting at 330 and ending at 230). But plans sometimes have to change. Due to complications from a hiatal hernia I had for decades, I ended up in the hospital (several times). The hiatal hernia was repaired last Thursday and I was discharged Saturday. I'm recovering now and doing well. Today, I weighed a little over 232, so I came close to my goal. I've got weeks of recovery ahead, during which time I can't be submerged in water (let alone go swimming). But when I can, I'll get back on the treadmill, so to speak (i.e. the pool).
