    I seesawed for the month of June with a low of 195.7 and a high of 200.1. My maintenance for years was between 188 and 192 and I was happy there. I just want to see 190. Taste 190. Be 190.

    Goal: Guess what, turns out you can make a plan but you have to stick with it! Who knew? Flat lining last 3 rounds because did not stick to plan (at least I did not go up I suppose).

    Now, for 5 days, we plan the work AND work the plan. MFP daily, Proteins 'n Greens. 20 g carb daily max. GO!

    7/11 - 136.6 - Just back from vacation so my weight has been all time high @ 137.4 lbs yesterday. Any drop is good. Have been eating and driking to my fill.
    7/12 - 135.4 - Happy to see the # go down. Was invited to dinner thus planned ahead to keep calories in check. Ate in calorie limits, AF, 8 c. water and 14K+ steps.
    7/13 - 134.6 - Tracked closely, ate in calorie limits, AF, 8c. water, 11K+ steps. Keep at it, lets see if I can get my #s any better.
    7/14 - 135.4 - just as unsure about the increase as I was about dip yesterday. Tracked closely, ate in calorie limits, AF, 8c. Water, 12K+ steps.
    7/15 - 135.8 - slipped a bit and did nit follow the plan properly, lessnprotien, morr carbs and junk. Ate in cal limits, AF, 8c. water, 10K steps
