    MEGA WOAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a tranformation in only 30 days! I did the shred but had no obvious results. did lose inches and pounds. but nothing really firmed up :0( man oh man! YOU DID GRRREAT!! Congrats

    Ok, your pics motivated me to....send my hubby out for 30Day Shred (I did it for a short time before and it was borrowed-when I gave up I sent it back to my friend LOL) and I got up at 6 am and started it this morning. When I just wanted to lay on my mat and give up I remembered your pics! :) Great job!

    i did it almost every day but for the first level i might have missed a day or 2 because of knee pain.

    Thanks everyone for all your kind words!! Push thru the sweat and tears and you all will get awesome results too :happy: I walk in the mornings with my 25lb son on my back for 20mins almost everyday for extra cardio and stay just under my 1200 calorie goal..also cut out soda but if i do drink some its diet coke since it has zero calories,drink Green Tea 2-3x/day and try to get 6+cups of water!
