    I just finished reading a book I started yesterday.
    I have been unable to muster a long enough attention span to read the pile of new books I have been accumulating for a few years.
    Finally, I got through one.

    Listening to some murder doc that someone recommended, while working on my computer, while conditioning my hair, while exfoliating my head to toe epidermis, while trying to find an espresso maker that works... just returned 2 non-working $$$ beasts... what to buy next... (this might be a "what irks you today" post).

    Preparing to make dinner for Babygirl and I.

    Prime cuts of NY strip seasoned with salt and pepper cooked over an open fire grill. Oak and apple wood this time.

    Portobello mushrooms grilled, filled with Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Gouda cheese. Topped with a garlic, onion, parsley, etc. savory sauce.

    Steamed asparagus.

    And lots of fondness.

    Enjoying the thunder, lightning, and winds coming in.

    Love this weather.

    Not so much the wind but I got like 10 lightning rods between the house and pool house so lightning is 🤙🏼

    I had ol’ boy about 33% on shore this morning. His head is the size of a salami and claws are as large as my largest GSerds.

    Here’s what it’s jaws did to a 3/0 hook.

    But I’ll bow up and jump on that summonabitch next time.
