Past week's successes: Back on track with eating regular meals, lower carbs and drinking my water!
This week's challenges: No travel, entertaining or excuses. Make a push to exercise, eat healthy and drink water. Strive for getting under 200 before physical at doctor’s in early August. Moved up my physical from November to August just to force the mental reset since she gave me that goal for this year.

Past week's successes: Back on track with eating regular meals, lower carbs and drinking my water! My weight jumped way up this week due to stress but at least I pulled it back together with meal planning Sat & Sun so I didn’t have to report an even larger gain.

Past week's successes: Back on track with eating regular meals, lower carbs and drinking my water! Actually hopped on my bike 2x this week.
This week's challenges: I’m really apprehensive about this 1 hr Strong and Fit total body workout I signed up to take Monday night. But I think it will be good for my bones & muscles as I age and hopefully it will help shape my legs, tummy and arms! Also planning to swimming laps on Wednesday. Thursday we head to the fishing camp. It will be a struggle to finish my 100 miles walking in July but if I don’t hit it exactly I’ll be close.
