    Disconnected my garmin tracker from MFP so I can focus on hitting one consistent calorie target. For now I have it set to 2260 and will adjust according to trend weight over time. Trend weight is going down. Would love for it to be towards the low end by the Chicago Marathon.

    Successes/Struggles: I got my 4 video exercises in this week. That has been a struggle for me the last few weeks. But I didn't get my walks in every day and did not do so well tracking my food. Weight is stable but I do all those things for general health not just weight. Tracking food keeps my focus on healthy food as much as keeping track of calories.

    Successes/struggles of the week: Staying on track with heat and rain making outdoor walking more of a challenge so working out at the gym. Struggles: working in my back exercises and I can tell I need to be doing them!

    How long in maintenance: Since April 2016 - but gained 10 kg March-May 2020 after massive trauma combined with COVID-19.
    Maintenance weight range: 65-75 kg (not sure what’s the right answer - been up and down in there numerous times in my life, apart from going way over 2010-2015).
    I’d like to lose a bit to get back to 70 kg, but I’m still happy at around 75 kg.

    I’m experimenting with seeing how my satiety levels are in relation to the types of foods I eat. Trying to eat more whole foods, which I’ve been getting pretty good at, and less sugar, and it’s going quite well.

    Successes: My trend is going down as is my average wt. I caught it. My “No higher than weight” is 160. It took focusing on previous habits I was letting slide a bit. Now, I just need to do the same in August!

    Struggles: I sometimes get tired of having to focus on all of this, but I remind myself of all the things I can do more easily now & my vastly improved health markers.

    I’m still deciding if I need to eat less.

    Successes/struggles of the week: Ending the month quite a bit higher than I'd like, though this week was a weird one. My weight jumped all the way up to 115 lbs, but then I dropped down by 1.2 lbs the next day, then another .8 lbs the next, for a 2 lb difference in a couple of days. I've been trying to drink a lot of water to help get rid of some of the water weight retention issues, and that has been helping, but it is difficult to drink so much water consistently.

    Success of the week: I feel like I've turned a corner and will get back into what my maintenance range is over the next couple months.

    Struggle of the week: I just calculated my average weight for July, and it didn't make me happy at all. A trip I am planning has run into some serious roadblocks.
