Do you ever notice that if you skip a day of exercise, it seems so much harder the next day to get off your butt and get into gear?! During the past 1 1/2 months, I have only skipped 4 days - unfortunately 3 of those days were in the past 2 wks - sorry team! But when I exercise daily, I love it (well most days) and it doesn't seem to bother me to do it all over again the next day.
Oh well, guess I better stop procrastinating and get off of my couch! LOL0 -

Yesterday I did pygmy day 4 - though a bit modified because I couldn't see the forum from my iPhone.

Day 4 - 3 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Chest Fly’s, 3 Sets of 15 Lawnmowers, 3 sets of Tricep Kickbacks, 3 sets of 15 Woodchops, 30 Pushups (modified if needed)

Saturday I did day 5 items - pygmy - plus 175 crunches - minus the mile walking... I added that in to day 6 which I did on Sunday (today). Also 175 crunches.
I don't have the week 4 challenge items yet. If they do not get posted - go ahead with week 2 or 3 day 1 activities unless you'd rather call Monday your day of rest and do challenge items Tuesday through Sunday.0 -

Hello Team....Sorry i'm so late checking in! Not sure if I sent an update on Friday... I completed Bushman both Friday and Saturday. I did 100 extra chrunches between the two days. No cardio on Friday but did 5 miles yesterday. I will post my weight in the morning. As of yesterday morning I was at my goal weight Will check tomorrow and post!0

haven't updated in a while but I did 5 of the 6 days of challenges, was not able to log food yesterday but I'm pretty darn sure I was WAY over so yeah, and saturday I did 5 miles without stopping (Bushman extra challenge)
I feel like I've been a total slacker this weekend! I had a party to go to and the hubby and I have eaten a ton, sorry guys I hope to be better this week! Oh and I gained a pound Final weight 141, at least that's still one less than when we started0 -
