Thanks for all the kind words of encouragement. This is the first time I have looked at a before and after pic of myself, because I still saw myself as being severely overweight, despite losing over 50 pounds. I did not know I let myself get that overweight until after I saw this pic. To date, I think this is the greatest motivation and validation I have felt. I will continue to carry on, go to my weekly Bootcamps, burn my 4000+calories weekly, Walk/run my miles, do my strength training, and in the process get healthier.
Thanks again MFP family. And yes Ken, I feel that there is nothing I cannot do if I put my mind to it.0 -
