does anyone kno how many calories in the average pork chop with all fat cut off? i kno its on the database but its all in grams n iv lent my scales out n dont kno the weight lol thanks in advance xx

    I use 160 calories when I eat a pork chop.

    GET your scales back or buy new ones. That is really the only way that you are going to have any kind of accuracy when weighing your food.

    It just depends on the size. I buy these 4 oz. boneless pork chops at Walmart that are 130 calories each.

    There is no accurate way to tell without the scale. Your average pork chop might be several ounces off from mine. Depends on size/thickness. All you can do without a scale is guesstimate.
