FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

●This is my breakfast oatmeal replacement on Keto.
**Keto Seed Porridge ~ 1 serving
5.2 net carbs ~ 333 calories
~1/4 tsp madagascar bourbon vanilla bean paste
~1 TB hemp seeds
~1 TB flax seed meal
~1 TB flax seeds
~1 TB chia seeds
~cinnamon ~ to taste
~4 ozs purified water
~1 TB heavy whipping cream
~1 TB almond butter
**Mix first 7 ingredients in a small mason jar. Store in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, pour into a small bowl. 71 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
Kicked the uneven sidewalk...landed on my face...messed up my right knee, calf and ankle. No walking for a while.

Hi - I’m a relative newbie. I completed round 160 and really appreciate the daily check ins for keeping me on track.
I measure in kg. I’m 161cm tall and at the start of round 160 was at my heaviest at 90.6kg. I’m feeling slow, weak and broken. And tbh, was feeling a little hopeless about getting any better. But made a start last round and now feel like it’s possible. Just focussing on making small lifestyle changes and using weight as one indicator of whether the changes are having an impact. I’m looking forward to round 161.

My lowest weight on mfp was 140 lbs in 11/2013 and 5/2014.
My highest weight ever: 168+ (and I wasn't even pregnant at that time... ) That was in 12/2016.
Just for the record used to be an athlete a long, long time ago. Used to teach Aerobics and Step Aerobics. Used to LOVE exercise.
Nowadays, I don't exercise at all. Why, oh why not? How can I go from loving exercise and doing tons of exercise to nothing at all?
Going from low blood pressure to being on medication for high blood pressure. What have I done to myself?!

My husband & I measured our heights carefully the other day, and apparently I am now 5’8” not 5’8.5”.
This STILL gives me a BMI under 24.9 because I went lower to make sure I never go over that since it’s the only weight number my docs care about.
But I prefer my BMI in the 23’s.
So my NEW goal is now: “in the 156’s” & definitely no higher than 157.5. (23.9 BMI)5 -
