I made a salad out of kale, cucumber, tomato and onion, then put a can of tuna on top, sprinkled some milled flaxseed on it and 1 tbsp of ranch. It's delicious!!0

They are lovely, nutty. They always go in my smoothies but my friends put them in cereal and yogurt.0 -

I had a square wrap with chicken breast, salad leaves, beetroot and cherry tomatos with light mayo. Came to 310 calories, delish and filling0

I had chips and homemade salsa, which makes roughly the same amount as 3 jars of store bought salsa.
8 Roma Tomatoes, juiced but not peeled
1 White Onion
5 Cloves Garlic
4 Chipotle Peppers
4 Serrano Peppers
12 All Spice Berries ground
2 tsp Cumin Seed ground
1 Tbsp Oregano ground
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
Put everything in a blender and puree.0 -
I had a very filling, but delicious lunch! I made a tuna patty and had 1/4 cup of potato salad and 1/2 cup of baked beans (sides are leftover from our cookout on Sunday). Only 380 calories total! I normally have more veggies or fruit with lunch, just a little fyi0

That sounds absolutely vile to me I'd rather starve than eat that i think.
Taste is a funny thing isn't it? We all have the same biological makeup, yet our tastes vary soooo much! We know that the tastebuds thing about sweet at one side, sour the back etc is now a myth...so what determines what we actually like the taste of?0 -

biggest lunch i've had in a LONG time!
white rice, bottom round steak, green beans, mushrooms, and HOT SAUCE =D

Our Gym group rewarded itself with extreme pita for lunch...grilled chicken on whole wheat pita with all the veggies a little feta and some honey mustard...around 450 calories but we're big boys..lol0

Its filling but doesn't stuff me, more filling if you add a banana or oats...but i like it the way it is0 -

A salad made of 100g iceberg lettuce, 50g baby spinach (so 3 cups total of lettuce mix), ½ a roma tomato, grilled chicken breast and 2 tbsp of Great Value low-fat Cesar dressing. My first time trying that dressing and it was incredible! I was absolutely stuffed that I haven't had my 3:00pm apple yet and I am never, EVER full from salads!0

I had a chicken florentine meal from Aldi's. They are pretty tasty and I get my pasta intake :-)0

I was getting them on Mountain Road here in Moncton at a small health food store called 'The corn crib' but I was shopping at the SuperStore on Saturday looking for flax seed oil in the organic section and found hemp hearts there!! Still organic and now I dont have to go near the Ghetto to get them! lol0 -
