Resistance band recommendations?

I am about to start another round of rehab.
Pretty sure some of the exercises they will give me will be resistance training.
They always give you those flimsy strips of latex. But if I am going to have to do this stuff every day forever? I’d like something that’s comfortable and quality.
Bonus points for a case or some kind of rack for the back of the door or something.

I have a Bodylastic set. I’m no expert by any means though. I just looked for an antisnap set. I also have fabric loops that I keep in my desk at work. I don’t remember the brand but they aren’t very forgiving.1

Bodylastics is a good choice, as is Black Mountain. Both can attach to doors. They sell kits for various abilities.1

No experience with rehab bands (I use big loop resistance bands) - just passing on recent awareness of several California legal actions this year regarding violation by major brands of its regulations on carcinogens produced in the manufacture of latex exercise bands.
Testing by the Center for Environmental Health (CEH) has found cancer-causing nitrosamines, NDEA and NDMA, in latex workout bands sold by major national brands, including Adidas, Amazon Basics, and GoFit. Nitrosamines are a byproduct of latex processing and several are listed under California’s consumer protection law Proposition 65 because they are known by the State to cause cancer. CEH has sent legal notices to nine companies for violating the consumer protection law by failing to warn customers about this potential health threat.

The list is Exhibit 1 here:

I'd be keeping an eye on the issue in case there are more added.

I like bands and, after two years of rehabbing my back, I couldn't lift a ton. But I bought some Clench Fitness Bands for doing lighter deadlifting and such. They have a designed handle for the thicker bands, like the Monster Bands that Rogue sells.
I don't care much for bands with grommets. They can break and can be dangerous. That's why I liked the Clench ones.
Also bought (I'm into gadgets) an X-Bar imitation that's pretty decent for like $70. Called Dasking on Amazon. For $70, couldn't ask for more for light deadlifts using heavy bands. I also use it for bench pressing.
I also like the Lifeline Triple Grip handles. Saw them in a Play it Again Sports and they are really ingenious. You can put from one band, up to 3 bands in them. All without the Metal Grommets that are, IMHO, dangerous as hell.
The Clench have door attachments. I think the Dasking set does as well and you can buy door attachments with the Lifeline as well. All are very sturdy.
For your purposes, I'd pick the Lifeline. Light to start. Well made and you can always add to it later on with more bands/accessories.

I have bodylastics bands that I bought via Amazon
I wanted the anti-snap. They are holding up well.
If I was buying them today, I’d get a set that has two pairs of handles. They do sell pairs of handles separately, so, I might still buy those.
I also have two sets of the latex resistance loops — honestly, I don’t believe there is such a thing as a high quality resistance loop —- these are really disposable. You have to check them regularly for tears or frayed edges. Notice any damage, then toss it.
I also have a set of fabric resistance loops. I really like these. They don’t roll or bunch. They stay in place. They also provide more resistance than the latex ones. There are three in the set. I do find the light one is a little too light and the heavy one is extremely tight. But I still use them. The light one + a latex loop on top give me nearly infinite levels of resistance.1 -
I do not have this particular brand but one just like it:

And I like them a lot and they suit my needs. I bring them to the gym with me bc the gym has the latex ones and I don't like them and they're always way too big.1 -

I bought one very similar but haven’t tried it yet because I don’t think I can get both legs in it yet. And I’m not sure how it will affect my balance.
But I will run it by the physical therapist. Thanks much.
And thanks @age_is_just_a_number I’ll look into those.0 -

If it's a set of 3, the 'light' one...even if it looks small, stretches fairly easily so you can get in it. It will feel weird a bit but I do 'monster' walks which can help you get used to it and feel stable. Also, using them and strengthening those muscle will make you feel more stable. I have glute/piriformis/IT stuff that kicks up every once in a while so that's why I got them, so at least when gyms were closed at home I could do some resistance stuff and get a stronger booty. LOL. it's no longer 'concave'...small victories, haha.
EDIT: I should note - I don't know what your rehab is for but the resistance bands that I've linked are good for leg stuff...but if you need something that would work for whole body, they are probably too short/small. Good Luck!1
