I do 2 Beachbody workouts a day. I completed day 11 of one program I believe. Im past that in the other program cuz I combined a few days a couple times. 5 minutes don’t count to me. Sometimes I go to the gym as well. I also do other activities I never log on the site. I also was literally a professional athlete for years so I’m allowed to do this and know what I’m doing. I seen a post on this site commenting on how it’s not possible for someone to accurately work out successfully past a certain amount of time a day and achieve any results. The average person that don’t know what they’re doing I can understand. I started getting professional athletic training as a child but I was already basically a professional athlete before I was even picked to go to training for it and I was scouted for the Olympics later on before I was truly old enough to compete but by the time I would be old enough I would’ve finished everything required to compete. There is a long process to go through. I wasn’t the first member of my family to get selected. I did not comment to that post in that discussion on this site. I did comment to a few friends about it though in real life.1

A friend told me I still count as a professional athlete today. It is hard to accept considering my life is very different than what it was but it makes sense as well. I did need someone else to tell me because my life is very different from what it was. I need a reminder at times because of how much my life has changed. I will sometime soon.2
