I was away on holiday last week – only 4 nights but hotel breakfast and dinners, sandwich lunches, etc etc. Add in a beer and an ice cream.
So a spike in weight when I got home. I now have a week to get back on track before I go away again!

Successes: maintaining 🎉
Struggles: I went through a short while of not wanting to track my food intake, but I did it anyway. I know it’s my Monkey Brain trying to derail me, so when I think those thoughts I keep doing what I’ve done for years. Because it works.
Still deciding if I need to lose a couple of pounds or not. I’m in a 23.x BMI & more energetic & stronger… I’ll decide when the cold weather is back. That usually results in a 2-lb loss for me.

Success/Struggles: My worries about losing weight are over. I ate a little extra and it is going back up. I'm back in my +/- 2 lb. goal range (my happy place). Right now it is nice. When I want a little extra, I can have it. I even had a mini Blizzard last week. I felt really full the rest of the day so didn't really go over in calories that much.1 -

Successes/struggles of the week: Checking in late as I was away for the weekend. My weight has been trending down again (which is good), and I finally hit 112 lb on Friday (of course, it jumped up to 113 on Saturday, and then I was away for the past couple of days with lots of restaurant food so I'm expecting it'll go up again tomorrow). Hopefully this trend will continue.1 -

I'm reporting my weight on the 29th as I was away again for the week.
Weight dropping back nicely to preferred range. However, I’m away with my daughter and her two children for a week in Cornwall – I think pastries, cakes and ice creams will be freely available!
