    I want to join in as my snacking on keto/sugar alternative snacks is getting out of hand.
    I'm not a morning person, so I use those to keep me awake after work 😐
    Snacking to me is anything I'm not logging, way over my budget, when I'm not hungry.

    I started to, and then I remembered, oh, it's after dinner. No solid food after dinner! And fine so far.

    My September LNS rule - No consuming of calories between 8 PM & 6 AM. August: 45%, Best: 93% (February 2021)

    So far, so good? I don't really feel like eating after 8 PM but I eat too much at mealtimes!

    feliciaboots, I know what you mean. I wonder especially about dinner, like, am I rushing to eat as much, and as many snacks before the “cut off” as possible, just so I can say I didn’t eat overnight? But, being new to this challenge I just want to take it one step at a time and see how it goes.

    Memo to self: Put more meat on your pizza when you make it so that you don't get suckerpunched by a protein craving just before bed. (But, I did not randomly snack for hours. I ate a chicken tender with a little bbq sauce and went to bed.)

    Although it was more a binge, and I know why: It's anxiety over not knowing when the growth in my throat is coming out, now that I know it's needing to come out.
