    My highest weight ever was 221 a few years ago.
    SW: 205. (7/5/21)
    Last week's weight: 194.6
    CW: 194.6
    GW for end of September: Under 190
    UGW: Under 150

    Well this week's weigh in doesn't really surprise me much. I'm thankful I didn't gain. I knew I wasn't as diligent at exercising and ate several fast food meals this week. No excuses! Bad week. I got back in my better habits today right after weighing. Hope to have better news next week. Good luck on your week! Happy weekend!

    I am so surprised that I had a loss! Work has been super stressful lately. I went over my calories every day this week and barely exercised. I ate junk every night which I haven’t done since January.

    @justanotherloser007 with everything you have going on you are doing great!

    @AlexandraFindsHerself1971 sorry to hear about your thyroid issues. I hope they work something out soon.

    @JNettie73 your progress photos are so inspiring! I really need to take photos and measurements more regularly.

    @KeriA sounds like you are making progress. Just keep taking care of yourself!

    Yeah, last Saturday was totally a fluke, lol. Went back up the next day and pretty much stayed here all week. I am sure my lack of sleep, half-assed exercise attempts, and stress levels have not helped. I did manage to track and stay under every day, but I changed my loss rate to 1.5lbs per week instead of 2 cause I didn't like have less than 1500 calories a day, lol. For my NSV, I noticed that my heart rate goes up slower now, and recovers faster. So yay for improved cardio health!

    My goal for the next week is to continue tracking, and try and re-find my motivation for workouts.
