I just ate a fortune cookie that was SO stale:noway: it couldn't possibly have any calories left in it.
So I refuse to log that I ate it.

Green olives for me. They're so small!0

Lying to ourselves is the biggest reason we have inaccurate diaries.
With that being said, if its under 25 calories, I don't log it. Calories are a guesstimate anyhow.

LOL!!! You are hilarious. Thanks for the laugh!!!!:laugh:0

Rice cake today that fell on the floor after I only took 2 bites!0

Haha that's awesome.
In all honesty, if it's a single bite, or two bites, I usually don't log it. No sense in figuring out how much it was, really.0 -
Chewing gum. Sugar free, 3 calories. I figure I burn that chewing.0

The yogurt that was supposed to have fruit and didn't, so I tried it, yuck, and the tic tacks I had to have when I was on medicine that gave me a Horrible taste in my mouth, they were 1 cal each!0

You mean I'm the only one who even logs their vitamins?0

Samples at Costco. They're totally calorie-free, right?
...Right?
Edit: in all seriousness, I usually stop at about 1000 calories below my limit. So if I don't log a bite here and there, I'm not too worried, because I'm sure I still come in under that.0 -
I always forget to log breath mints! LOL
I usually only eat SF ones, but occasionally that's not what's available. Sometimes I'll go back and add it if I remember.
Otherwise, I agree with Avalonis - even if I have a HORRIBLE day and eat utter & complete crap, I need to log it. When I look back, I can usually check my journal to see what was going on, and if there is/was a trigger. Total learning experience for me.
KUTGW everyone!0 -

I don't log squash or very low calorie drinks. So like under 15 cal
And also mints like tic tacs or gum0 -

Isn't that what they mean when they say "free food"?0 -

Pretty much if you don't log it all...or at least account in your mind for it...you're not going to see the real picture. If people think just a bite is innocent and not worth logging....guess what happens when you keep doing this as a habit...I'm sure you can figure it out. I log my vitamins too Oh...and fortune cookies are about 25 cals each.0
