Anyone doing it ?? I purchased it a few weeks back it didn't come with a plan or anything but last night I did Fat Blaster and today I did 3T and I am SORE !! I assume that means its working :) Tomorrow night I am going to do Cardio Party 2 !!

    I don't think it comes with an official schedule. Just alternate cardio and weight days and you should be good. I have the dvds but haven't done them yet.

    Thanks :) Is it best to do the same amount a week so 3 days cardio and 3 days weight or should I do more cardio or more weights lol I am so new to this !! Thanks in advance
